Microsoft, why people hate you
One month ago, I registered Microsoft Office Live basic and I saw the very attractive first 3 month free for Office live premium then I upgraded that and have a try. Yesterday I got a bill from my bank that they charged me $39.5 for that service of the first month. I wrote to Microsoft said that first 3 months should be free of charge. Then I got the reply right within their service level, and said I could have 3 month free only if I had selected office live premium from the very beginning, but the fact is I upgraded from basic, then there is no free trail.
Just now I found that handwriting recognition disappeared after I upgrade to Office 2007, with Google, it's not very hard to find out that office 2007 handwriting recognition now only works with Vista, not with XP anymore.
Yeah, twice in a single day Microsoft showed how smart it is to me and that only makes me hate it, actually it's the first time I ever hated Microsoft, and that's so un-reversible.

After 6 round of emails Microsoft finally admited that it was wrong to charge me and will credit back that money.

让我比较不爽的是一个认识很长时间的朋友，就这段时间没聊过天，结果发现把我给删了
让我暗爽的是有些很久没联系的朋友，还留着我。。。
看了这个帖子的人，如果用了，别忘了留言，说说都是什么人把你给删了
值得注意，它会让你输入MSN密码，不知道会有什么潜在风险，虽然我还没有感觉到，但是还是有可能的，后果自负。
哈哈 7/25/2007 伊莱克斯真准时我的伊莱克斯冰箱压缩机坏了，正好是我缺钱的时候，我就打电话问维修

伊：冰箱买多久了？
我：3年多了。
伊：（开心）那脱保了！
我：。。。那保修期是多久？
伊：整机1年重，要零部件3年
我：。。。（真该死，怎么不早2个月坏呀）
我：那压缩机要多少钱？
伊：700左右吧，加上门费40
我：那换了压缩机还可以保修多久啊？
伊：3个月
我：。。。
伊：国家规定只有一个月，我们增加了2个月呢！
我：你们真好，——再见！
我真的要骂XXX啦，新的保修3年，3年一过就坏了，修这个东西花我700大洋，照伊莱克斯的准时作风，肯定过了3个月还是要坏的，老子不修了，买废铁！
